Chorizo cular is a variety of Iberian sausage made exclusively with Iberian pork. The adjective word "cular” refers to the thick casing (cular) that stuffs it, the outer of the pig 40-60 mm in caliber and 50-60 cm in length. When cut it has a marbled appearance with a predominance of the lean part, of bright red colour.
