TASTING NOTES. Long fruity balanced taste with herbaceous notes of green and ripe fruit. Slightly sweet entry that leads to an intense bitterness typical of Cornicabra and accompanied by a really pleasant spiciness typical of the Picual variety with a mint flavor. In the olfactory phase, we discover notes of green banana, almond, aromas imitating fig, green almond, arugula, artichoke and tomato plant.
