                                    The Limited Edition olive oil results from combining the Arróniz and Picual olive varieties, and it embodies the earliest harvest of the ECOPROLIVE olive oils family. 

TASTING NOTES. Intense fruitiness from green olives, clean, of great olfactory complexity between the herbaceous and fruity touches. Fresh grass, tomato and artichoke with aromas of mature fruits such as apple, banana and almond. Balsamic, citrus scents. Soft entrance into the palate that intensifies while green notes of the olive leaf appear. Intense and balanced bitterness and spiciness.
