    Seamless uniform spheres with, a diameter between 5 and 8 mm, made of a sodium alginate membrane (from seaweed) and a filling of extra virgin olive oil.
    Ideal for seasoning all types of dishes, both sweet and savoury, hot or cold, such as salads, meat, fish, creams, etc.
