                                For two decades our canning company has been dedicated to the manufacture and preparation of canned seafood and fish from the Galician Rías Gallegas.

The tuna belly is the pectoral part of the fish. It is characterised by its fat, which makes it juicier and more exquisite. Luís Escurís Batalla's tuna belly is made exclusively with natural 

ingredients and without any kind of additives, just covered with olive oil. It is pleasant in the mouth, with a tender, slightly fibrous and juicy texture.
